1. School Fee (Tuition Fee & Boarding Fee):

Annual school fees, funds for Exams (Weekly Tests, Monthly Test, Terminal Test, boarding, Lodging facilities). Library, laboratories, Internet facility, Computer Training & Practice. First -Aid and Medical Facilities round the clock. Additional Coaching Fee & Books Exercise Note Books & Stationary, as per the requirement.

2. Imprest Money

Imprest Money of Rs 10,000/- to cover Pocket Money, Canteen, Personal expenses & outingsas per schedule. Special medicines, special diet, sports gear and shoe repairs, toilet requisites etc. Separate charges from the Imprest account.

3. Fees for the Boarders in Winter Vacation (Only For Class X & XII) : Rs. 20,000/-

This fee will be charged only from the boarders who are appearing in the Board Exams of Class X & XII and they want to stay in the Hostel during Vacation for their preparation of Exams & Regular Coaching.

FEE RULES

  • Cheques are to be drawn in favour of “PRINCIPAL, LPS HOSTEL”. Parents are advised to ensure that the name, the class and the admission number of their ward is clearly written at the back of the cheque. If a fee cheque is dishonoured due to insufficient funds, or any other reason, the parent should immediately contact the School Office. In such cases, the fee must be paid by Demand Draft with a fine of 2500/-. Dishonor of cheques is a criminal offence.
  • Registration and Admission fees are non-refundable; it is a onetime fee for new students.
  • One term fees will be charged once a student is admitted in the hostel during 1st term (non- refundable). If a student is withdrawn during the second term, whole year fees are to be paid by the parents.
  • The School will provide fee slip booklets to all students from Classes Nursery to XII.
  • Annual Tuition   and Boarding   Fees may be paid in three equal installments on or before   October month.
  • Amount of Rs. 1000/- Per Week will be charged,  If the fees are not paid by the end of the concerned fee month, the name of the defaulter shall be struck off the rolls. Fresh admission will then have to be taken (at the sole discretion of the Principal)
  • No tuition fees or boaridng  fees will be refunded by the school authorities even if a student attends class for one day and is subsequently withdrawn from the school. Annual Charges and Development Fee will be refunded proportionately according to the student’s attendance.
  • The Parent’s copy of the fee deposit slip is the valid fee receipt. No other receipt will be issued.
  • Tuition fee certificates will be issued only annually (in the month of March) on a written request after clearing all payments. The certificates will be issued from 2.00 to 3.00 pm within two working days after the receipt of the application.
